We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile, and strong Procurement Innovation Manager to lead a complex set of projects and initiatives and drive progress on key strategies.
At the core of the position is requirement analysis, planning and delivery of new digital products in close collaboration with our tech team in order to solve the needs of the internal customers (Global Procurement Operations).
This position involves regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control.
Ability to steer extended cross-discipline virtual teams as well as project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
Key job responsibilitieso Lead end to end Source to Pay policies and processes:
from identifying the key business challenges, defining Global Policy Handbook, designing the right processes and methodso Maintain and continuously improve Source to Pay policies and processes performance, to deliver the desired strategic outputs and business objectiveso Identify key business challenges to be solved through digitalization and contribute to overall GPO digitalization strategy and roadmapo Engage business stakeholders and key partners (such as Innovation, Tech teams) to dive into existing policies and processes and define the future state of Source to Pay value chaino Lead change management and adoption of the new policies and processes across the procurement function and business stakeholderso Regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
